This Privacy Policy describes how Clipmighty ("we," "us," or "our") handles your information when you use our application.

We believe in complete privacy. We built Clipmighty to be a tool that works for you, not a tool that tracks you.

1. Data Collection and Usage

We do not collect, store, share, or sell your personal data. We do not have access to your clipboard history, your settings, or any other information you input into the app. Everything you copy and store in Clipmighty remains your property.

2. Clipboard Data & Local Storage

All clipboard data captured by Clipmighty is stored locally on your device. This data is sandboxed and is not accessible to us or any other third-party application without your explicit action (such as pasting).

3. iCloud Synchronization

Clipmighty offers an optional feature to sync your clipboard history across your devices using Apple iCloud.

Private Storage: If you enable this feature, your data is stored in your private iCloud container.
No Developer Access: We (the developers) do not have access to your iCloud data. We cannot view, modify, or delete your synced clipboard history.
Apple’s Role: The storage and transfer of this data are governed by Apple’s privacy policies and security standards.

4. Third-Party Analytics

We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs (such as Firebase, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel) and we do not track your behavior, crashes, or usage patterns.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone, including children.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
