This Privacy Policy describes how Nalarin ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of our mobile application, Knyu (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in a few different ways to provide and improve our Service.

A. Information You Provide to Us

• Couple Names: You may provide names for yourself and your partner. This information is stored locally on your device and is not sent to our servers unless you use the pairing feature. When you pair with a partner, your name is sent to our servers to be displayed on your partner's device.
• Personalization Data: We collect your anniversary date and love languages to generate personalized games and content.
• Game Content: We collect your answers and submissions within the games ("Game Content"). This content is transmitted to your partner's device if you are using the pairing feature. Please be aware that we may also use this Game Content for commercial purposes, such as in marketing materials, and to train and improve the Service, which may include our AI models.

We do not collect your email address or require account registration for the basic service.

B. Information We Collect Automatically

When you use our Service, we automatically collect certain information through third-party analytics providers:

• Device Information: Your device model, operating system, and version.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Service, such as the features you use, games you play, and session duration.
• Performance Data: Crash reports and other performance diagnostics to help us identify and fix issues.

This information is typically aggregated and anonymized and does not personally identify you.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To Provide and Operate the Service: To generate personalized games, manage the pairing feature, and deliver the core functionality of Knyu.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With Your Partner: When you use the pairing feature, information such as your name and Game Content is shared with your connected partner through the Service.
• With Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf. This includes analytics providers that help us understand app usage and may include third-party AI model providers that help us with game generation.
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if we believe it's required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Nalarin, our users, or the public.
• In a Business Transfer: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Data Storage: App settings are stored locally on your device. When you use the pairing feature, your name, anniversary, and love languages are stored on our secure servers to facilitate the connection.

Data Retention:

• Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to one year. As this data is not linked to you personally, it cannot be accessed or deleted upon request.
• User data related to the pairing feature is stored as long as your account is active. We will delete this data after one year of inactivity.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have rights regarding your personal information. You can:

• Request Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you from our servers.
• Request Deletion: You can request that we delete your account and any associated personal data from our servers.
