MyMacMaid is distributed via the Apple App Store. All payments, subscriptions, and refunds are handled by Apple. Please refer to the App Store terms for more information.
MyMacMaid is provided "as is" without any warranties. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for any data loss or damage resulting from the use of the application. Always ensure you have a backup of important data.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER (NALARIN) BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR HARDWARE DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT of OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE APP DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY. IF YOU ARE USING A FREE VERSION, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO $0.
